The Birth of QuantumUnity of Caralot
Back in 2019, when I started writing my first book Get Your Black Belt in Proactive-Wellness: First Degree, I knew it was going to be a book series that would lead to the second degree, the third degree, etc.
This is because the Proactive-Wellness System outlined in my first book is a very deep well and could not have been condensed into one book without overloading the brain of anyone reading it.
In 2022, as I was starting to plan and organize Get Your Black Belt in Proactive-Wellness: Second Degree, my intuition guided me away from this in order to start planning and organizing SpiritualSovereignty: A Path to Unity Consciousness.
This is in part due to the old systems of the world being exposed for their intention to continuously divide humanity in a multitude of ways.
Some of these old systems are the conventional education system, the conventional medical system, the mainstream media, and the entertainment industry.
It took well over a year to complete the rough draft of this book due to the very unique focus and intention of SpiritualSovereignty.
I ended up finishing the rough draft in October of 2023, while I was in Lilydale, New York, USA.
There was an unusual summer-like heat wave at that time, so I took the opportunity to drive to Lilydale and finished it on the front porch of the Angel House.
In my eyes and heart, it was the perfect place.
Since then it has gone through many edits of which the Spirit Sisters of the Roundtable helped with.
I came to realize that the Proactive-Wellness System is only one side of a coin, as the other side is SpiritualSovereignty.
SpiritualSovereignty is the Yin feminine or ‘Mother’ aspect and The Proactive-Wellness System is the Yang masculine or ‘Father’ aspect.
In order to create and maintain peace, harmony, and unity on a global scale, feminine energy needs to come first, not masculine energy.
Although both energies are equally important and powerful, it is feminine energy that needs to come first.
After reading this book, you will understand why this book was released in the Divine time of 2025, when humanity needs it the most.

Are You Ready?
As we have entered the year 2025 in the Gregorian calendar, it is clear that humanity is now at a crossroad of sorts, and can move into one of many directions.
One direction is where humanity continues to become more divided, more conflicted, more lost, more confused, more separate, more fragmented, and more disconnected from each other and the earth realm.
This is the direction and path of Spiritual uncertainty.
Another direction is where humanity becomes more connected, more harmonized, more conscious, more evolved, more compassionate, and more unified with each other, and the earth realm.
This is the direction and path of SpiritualSovereignty.
For anyone keeping up with the mainstream media, alternative media and even social media, it ‘appears’ that humanity is moving in the first direction.
Notice that I emphasized the word ‘appears’.
Before any great change that takes place, let it be personally or globally, it is always preceded by varying degrees of chaos.
A profound change for the better is now in process for the earth realm, and one of the spokes in the wheel of this profound change is SpiritualSovereignty.
There are many who are waiting for some external circumstance or outside influence to create a world that is more connected, more harmonized, more conscious, more evolved, more compassionate, and more unified.
The surest way that this world will be created, is if we first create that for our individual selves at a deep level of our internal world of conscious awareness SpiritualSovereignty provides a flight plan and a road map as to how to create that world not only within our individual selves, and also on a global scale, as it will assist in creating a level of unity consciousness in a way that has not happened before in earth’s recorded history.
From a technological perception, SpiritualSovereignty is the new and upgraded operating system of perception here in the earth realm.
SpiritualSovereignty is made up of many ‘portals’, and each chapter is dedicated to exploring each portal in detail.
SpiritualSovereignty uses the label ‘portals’ as when we step through a ‘portal’, we step into a new realm of perception, a new experience, and a new reality of sorts.
Although some of the portals overlap and cross over, every portal is unique and requires its own unique exploration.
This book has been written in ‘point form’, and has been designed that way for ease of reading, as well as accelerated learning and comprehension.

Founder: James T. Griffin
James T. Griffin is a dedicated Proactive-Wellness advocate and transformational coach on a mission to help humanity awaken to Unity Consciousness and live with Divine purpose, passion, and awareness. Since graduating from the Ontario Hypnosis Center School in 2006, he has immersed himself in the Proactive-Wellness Professional Industry, studying a diverse range of disciplines that empower individuals to create fulfilling lives.
With certifications in Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Reiki, Chi Kung/Qi Gong, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Spiritual Healing, James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. He has also studied Shaolin Kung Fu, Holistic Nutrition, and Yoga for over 15 years, embracing a holistic approach to Proactive-Wellness.
James boasts over 15 years of personal coaching and training experience, alongside a decade of expertise in workplace, Proactive-Wellness programs that have achieved high participation rates and garnered positive feedback. He is a sought-after speaker and seminar leader, sharing insights on various aspects of the Proactive-Wellness System to inspire and uplift audiences.
Combining his extensive knowledge and personal experiences, James developed the Proactive-Wellness System & SpiritualSovereignty, designed to enhance perception and empower individuals to create their lives consciously and purposefully. In 2021, he published his first book, Get Your Black Belt in Proactive-Wellness: First Degree, which quickly became an Amazon Canada #1 bestseller in three categories shortly after its release.
With a commitment to spreading the principles of SpiritualSovereignty and the Proactive-Wellness System globally, James aims to usher in a new age of Unity Consciousness and Multidimensional Awareness. He continues to inspire others on their journeys toward holistic well-being and self-discovery.
Co-Founder: Nikki M. Barrett
Nikki M. Barrett is the Co-Founder of the QuantumUnity of CARALOT and the author of two courageously inspiring books, More Than a Mile: The Nikki Barrett Story and Grief to Gratitude: A Widow’s Walk to Wholeness.
Through her profound life’s journey, Nikki has learned to transform pain into Power & Purpose, tragedy into Triumph, and abuse into Love & Forgiveness.
Her incredible spiritual awakening in June of 2022, set a new course of discovery that was solidified on February 26, 2023, during an Activation Breathwork session when her “wounded” soul left her body and her Higher Self came in to complete the work.
From that moment on, more and more truth has revealed the essence of her Divinity. Through this revelation, and now, from a deeper understanding that we are but ONE family of Sovereign Spirits having a multidimensional experience on Earth, she is more determined than ever to share this truth with the world.
As a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (C-NTP), Mind-Body Eating Coach, Reiki Master, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition-Practitioner (FDN-P), Author, Inspirational Speaker, Divine Life Purpose Ambassador and a highly-awakened soul, she now dedicates her life to guiding others in discovering their SpiritualSovereignty and flowing in their Divine Life Purpose Abmassador.
